3 out of 5 starsI ordered this item as a bday present to a friend. I loved the idea and she has a whole bear themed nursery. Unfortunately the product was never shipped / never arrived. The owner did reimburse me but I had to find a last - less personalized- present for my friend.

1 out of 5 starsI wouldn’t know because I ordered them in the beginning of January, two months go by, and I never recieved them. Contacted seller who simply said “they’ll be there.” Tracking info said they should have been delivered and nothing. Tnever arrived so had to get a refund through Etsy. Poor customer service.

We are indeed sorry for the confusion of the first package getting lost in the mail, thankfully when you let us know we were able to reassure you that "they'll be there" and rushed a fresh pair despite giving you a full refund for the inconvenience. Again we do apologize but upon checking the tracking we see that the fresh pair did reach you, and days before the event, yay! We hope you enjoy your booties, have a great day!

Answered any questions and even when the tracking wasn’t updating, called the post office personally to make sure my package would be found and put on the truck. Delivered today just in time for Christmas! Quality and customer service is 5 stars all around!

5 out of 5 starsKnitNKnots was a wonderful help. I had an issue with my order getting lost at the post office. Knit tried to contact the post office, but did not hesitate to offer me either another pair or a refund. Even after a few more hiccups, Knit kept trying to fix the mistakes that aren't always their fault. I eventually got the pair and my girlfriend loves them. I'd rate service closer to 7 stars or of 5.

Custom and personalised orders
If you need to cancel a custom or personalised order please do so within 24hrs. No refunds or cancelations are accepted once work has begun on the order after the 24 hour mark.
Sizing details
I do my best to take as much information as possible with sizing however I understand not everyone is sized the same. If your item is not sized correctly I am happy to exchange and adjust things for you when contacted within 3 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping item(s) back, and in acceptable condition.
Care instructions
I strongly encourage knit and crochet items to be gently hand washed and handled with care to preserve the item as long as possible. If machine washing is necessary it should be gentle cold wash, preferrably in a delicates bag and air dryed and or a low heat tumble dry.
